Deauville Convention Center

The Convention Center opens its doors to us for the 3rd edition of Excellence in Motion. The Deauville Convention Center enjoys an exceptional setting, just a stone’s throw from the beach and the famous Planches de Deauville boardwalk. It offers 18,000 square meters of space, with the perfect facilities for our event.

Transportation is fully managed and booked by the Excellence In Motion organizing team.
All transport-related information must be provided in your registration form.

Where will I stay?

The hotels are located close to the Deauville Convention Centre and are managed by the Excellence In Motion organizing team.

To optimize logistics and organization, room allocations across the different hotels are made on a random basis.

The hotel you will be staying at will be communicated a few days prior to the event.

Please note that meals are covered only from dinner on October 12 to lunch on October 14 inclusive.

Outside of this period, meals will be at your own expense and must be arranged individually.
This rule also applies to accommodation, unless otherwise stated in your transportation plan validated by the organizing team.
